Policies and procedures for return and exchange

Return and exchange policy:

If you are not satisfied with the goods you bought in ralphlauren.cn, you can return them within 14 days after receiving them, and we will arrange a free courier service for you to collect the goods you want to return. You can return the goods through ralphlauren.cn or call 400-842-8373 or contact the online customer service of official website and WeChat applet mall, or you can return the goods at the designated offline retail store of Polo Ralph Lauren in Chinese mainland. You should keep the returned goods intact, and the goods should be in a brand-new and unused original state, which is the same as when you received them; No labels of returned goods shall be removed. In addition, you should also return the original packaging box and distribution package of the goods, as well as all accessories, labels, freight bills, product certificates, instructions, invoices (if any) and all gifts (if any).

After receiving the goods returned by you within the specified time limit, Ralph Lauren will return the payment you have paid for the goods according to law if it is confirmed that the goods and accessories (if any) are in good condition and the labels, invoices and gifts (if any) are complete. If the returned goods do not meet the conditions of this return policy, Ralph Lauren will not be able to accept your return or refund. If you fail to return the invoice, accessories or gifts (if any), Ralph Lauren reserves the right to deduct the invoice tax, the market price of accessories or gifts from the payment you have paid. If you did not return the invoice, accessories or gifts in an order, but Ralph Lauren did not deduct the invoice tax, the market price of accessories or gifts, or did not ask you to return the aforementioned items and materials, it shall not be regarded as Ralph Lauren’s waiver of relevant claims.

The above right of return does not apply to orders of the following commodity categories:

1. Personalized customized products, for example, products engraved with the customer’s initials or personal tailor;

2. Any other products that the customer has been informed of when submitting the order are non-refundable due to their nature.

This provision does not affect your legal rights under the laws of China.

Return and exchange process:

If you choose to return goods through ralphlauren.cn or call 400-842-8373 or contact the online customer service of official website and WeChat applet mall. You will be asked to provide the following information: (i) explain the products that you wish to exercise the right to return goods without reason; (ii) the order number; (iii) Your contact information and mailing address; And (iv) you may also be asked to provide photos of the goods to be returned, so that Ralph Lauren can make a preliminary assessment of the condition of the goods. Ralph Lauren’s customer service team needs to ask you to use the designated express carrier (SF or EMS) and send the goods back by cash on delivery after confirming the return information with you. In addition to the above circumstances, all relevant expenses arising from the return of products shall be borne by the customers themselves. Ralph Lauren is not responsible for the risk of damage or loss during the product return process that is not caused by Ralph Lauren’s fault. The customer should indicate the return number of the returned product on the courier.

The specific steps of express return are as follows:

3. Please fill in the return form completely and put it in the box together with the original invoice and waybill, and then seal it safely;

4. Please use the designated express carrier (SF or EMS) and send the goods back by cash on delivery;

The courier will provide you with a return tracking information sheet after picking up the goods. Please keep this information sheet properly for your tracking;

6(i) After receiving the returned goods, Ralph Lauren will re-issue a new invoice for the goods that were not returned in the original order; (ii) Ralph Lauren will redistribute the exchanged goods for you as soon as possible after receiving the exchanged goods.

Important note: All returned goods must follow our return policy, and attach the waybill, product certificate, description, invoice (if any) and all gifts (if any).

After the return is successful, the payment you actually paid will be returned to the original payment channel. You can enter the “My Order” page and click “View Refund” to view your refund details.

We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming that the goods meet the return policy. However, it should be noted that we expect that your payment method provider may need an additional 7 working days to complete the refund (except for force majeure events or other circumstances that we cannot foresee and control).

Please keep the courier receipt of the return until you receive the refund.

Refund for cancellation of orders before delivery

Bank card or other payment methods will be paid after you confirm the payment, but only when Ralph Lauren sends you an email or SMS notification through Ralph Lauren’s website to confirm that the goods have been delivered or Ralph Lauren has completed the delivery of the ordered goods will we finally accept your order. Payment terms of refund

Goods purchased in ralphlauren.cn must be returned from China with a completed return form.

The returned goods must remain in the original unused state, including all Ralph Lauren product labels and related accessories, and must be accompanied by the included waybill, product certificate, description, invoice (if any) and all gifts (if any).

If the trademark logo is removed or cut, or the returned goods are contaminated or damaged, or Ralph Lauren has reason to believe that the returned goods have been used, Ralph Lauren will not accept the return and will send it back to the customer.

The original invoice (if any) must be returned together with all returned goods. If you have ordered more than one item in an order and want to return some items, please attach the original invoice. Ralph Lauren will issue a new invoice for the goods that have not been returned and send it to your original delivery address.

Change order

Incorrect goods

Ralphlauren.cn only sells good products that are intact. If the goods you receive are defective, please contact our Ralph Lauren customer service team immediately for proper handling. If you don’t get in touch with us in time within 7 days after receiving the goods, it may affect our appraisal of the goods. Similarly, if the goods you receive do not match the order due to special circumstances, please contact our Ralph Lauren customer service team.
